How it Works
2Everyone who enrolls in the Sensable Health program will receive a Fitbit 2 Versa watch. This Fitbit device is an essential part of our program. By you wearing it every day, both you and Sensable Health will know about your activity for the day and also your sleep patterns. Your Fitbit data can be synced to your Dashboard in the Sensable Health app, for you to see anytime you want (see our Privacy Policy). There will be daily goals set for both Activity and Sleep that you can track with the Versa watch. We hope you will enjoy using this device and follow your progress along with us.
4The last device you will receive is a Fitbit scale. While not essential for your everyday choices and life, the scale is a good tool to provide you input into how you are doing with your choices. We suggest getting on the scale at least once a week. Make the scale your “friend” and not something to be afraid of.
Sub Paths
Over the course of the Sensable Health program, you may read or hear about the term “Sub Path”. When participants join the program, they are asked to fill out a questionnaire about their health and lifestyle habits. In addition, each participant is asked to go to a Quest Diagnostics lab and have tests performed that assess metabolic biomarkers. The information from both these sources are used to start the process of developing a Plan that is specific for you!
The first step in developing this Plan is to determine the specific order in which the Domains (Nutrition, Activity, Stress and Sleep) will be presented and the initial levels of emphasis for each. The four domains will be presented to you in an order depending on the above information, starting with one Domain for approximately 5 weeks and adding the others in 4 or 5 week segments for the rest of the program until all 4 Domains are active. The order in which the 4 Domains are presented to you is call the Sub Path.
There are many Sub Paths for the program and each will be modified into a Plan after your two week Baseline Data Collection period. Your Coach will review YOUR specific Plan on a call after the Baseline Data Collection period is over.

Why Sensable Health?
How you look in the mirror, how you feel every day when you get up and go through your day and “Are you as healthy as you can be?” are all very important to all of us.
